1989: license as physician from Maastricht University. 1989 training in Maharishi Ayurveda. From September 1989 until now: Work with Ayurveda, panchakarma detox treatments and Integrative Medicine. 2012: Training as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. Additional designations: Aromatherapy, sukshma marma therapy, ayurvedic pulse diagnosis. Member of the Dutch Association of Physicians of Integrative Medicine (AVIG), and of the International Maharishi AyurVeda Foundation (IMAVF). Special interest: To explain the ancient knowledge and methods of Ayurveda in terms of modern science and making them available to the general public.
